The signing of the minutes of the Change of Command constitutes the legal and protocol act through which the transition of leadership at the University of the Armed Forces – ESPE is formalized. This solemn moment supports the delivery and reception of responsibilities, guaranteeing transparency, legitimacy and continuity in academic and institutional management.In this context, under the direction of Crnl. Mauricio González, Rector of the University, projects his mission towards new challenges, while honoring with gratitude and recognition the legacy of Crnl. Víctor E. Villavicencio Álvarez, PhD., whose management was distinguished by his leadership, strategic vision and valuable contribution to institutional consolidation.
