It trains professionals in the management and development of agricultural production systems with a sustainable approach and food sovereignty. It covers the integral study of plants and soil through subjects such as Botany, Edaphology, Phytopathology and Irrigation, ensuring an efficient and environmentally friendly production.

Livestock Sciences

It focuses on the management of sustainable and innovative animal production systems. It integrates knowledge in nutrition, reproduction and health for livestock, poultry and aquaculture species, seeking to optimize the agro-industrial chain and guarantee food safety with an ethical approach.

Life Sciences

Multidisciplinary axis that encompasses Medicine, Agriculture and Biotechnology. It is oriented to the training of researchers capable of transferring technology applied to health and the environment, through the study of Genetics, Bioinformatics, Immunology and Nanoscience to solve complex problems of the profession.

Biological and related sciences

It is dedicated to the in-depth study of living beings, their molecular processes and their interaction with the environment. Through Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology and Synthetic Biology, it prepares students for technological innovation in the fields of health and food production.

Technological and Engineering Sciences

It encompasses the development of technical solutions and industrial processes for the areas of Biotechnology and Agriculture. It specializes in the design of experiments, transport phenomena, unit operations and industrial biotechnology, promoting scientific innovation and technological development in the country.
