Professor Mgs. Hernán Antonio Moreano of the Department of Security and Defense, represented the University of the Armed Forces – ESPE in the international course “National Development”, held at the National Defense University (NDU), in Taipei, Taiwan 
, from March 16 to 27, 2026.
During this academic experience, he strengthened his knowledge in development, technology and security, in addition to identifying opportunities for academic and research cooperation, contributing to the international positioning of ESPE.
