Thanks to the joint work between the University of the Armed Forces ESPE and the Social Security Institute of the Armed Forces Issfa Ecuador, around 50 older adults completed a stage full of learning, effort and dreams fulfilled in the University of the Elderly Program. 
Every smile, every applause and every look reflected something invaluable, the certainty that it is never too late to learn, grow and start again.
This significant event was attended by General José Ignacio Fiallo Vásquez, Director General of ISSFA, and Colonel Mauricio González, Rector of the University of the Armed Forces ESPE, who reaffirmed the commitment of both institutions to the inclusion, well-being and dignity of our elderly.
Because knowledge has no age and learning transforms lives.
