During the Second Ordinary Session of the Honorable University Council, convened by document ESPE-HCU-CSO-2026-002, and in compliance with the provisions of the Rectorate Order 2026-024-ESPE-a-1, Mr. Crnl. Mauricio González, Rector of the University of the Armed Forces ESPE, appointed Lt. Cmdr. Alexis Orlando Armas Vaca, as director of the University of the Armed Forces ESPE Latacunga Campus and member of the Honorable University Council.
